These Terms of Service govern your use of integrisoutdoorliving.com and any related Integris Builds web properties (the "Site"). They do not replace the written construction contract you will sign before any work begins. Please read them carefully.
The Site is operated by Integris Builds ("Integris," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas general contractor headquartered in Southlake, Texas, serving residential clients across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.

By accessing or using the Site, submitting a quote request, signing up to receive communications, or otherwise interacting with us through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Content on the Site — including service descriptions, pricing ranges, project photos, renderings produced through Integris 3D Studio, timelines, materials, FAQs, and any other content — is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, contract, warranty, or guarantee.
Any actual scope of work, price, timeline, materials, allowances, change-order process, and warranty terms will be set out in a written construction agreement signed by both Integris and the client before work begins. In the event of any conflict between the Site and that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
When you submit a contact or quote form, you authorize Integris to contact you about your inquiry by phone, text message (SMS), or email at the contact information you provide. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. Transactional messages about an active project may continue.
Quote requests do not create a contract. A project begins only after a written construction agreement is executed by both parties.
Any prices, price ranges, or starting points shown on the Site are estimates based on typical Dallas–Fort Worth market conditions and Integris's experience. They are not quotes for your specific project. Your written quote may be higher or lower based on site conditions, scope, materials selected, permits, soil, access, finish level, and other factors.
Photographs on the Site depict actual Integris projects unless otherwise noted. 3D renderings produced by Integris 3D Studio are design visualizations and may differ from the as-built result based on materials availability, site conditions, and engineering requirements.
The Site may display customer reviews aggregated from third-party platforms (such as Google, Angi, and similar services). Those reviews are the opinions of the reviewers and are subject to the terms of the platform that hosts them. Integris does not edit the substance of third-party reviews. Any Angi rating displayed reflects the rating reported by Angi at the time the page was published.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, project photos, renderings, designs, video, audio, and the overall look and feel — is owned by Integris Builds or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, review platforms, supplier sites, or licensing bodies). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Linking is for convenience and does not constitute endorsement.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTEGRIS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
Integris does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Construction warranties, when applicable, are set out exclusively in the signed construction agreement — not on this Site.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTEGRIS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Integris's total liability arising out of or related to the Site (as distinct from any signed construction agreement) will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Liability arising out of a signed construction agreement is governed by that agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Integris and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here; your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
